At SpookGlow™, every app-controlled LED curtain is carefully prepared, inspected, and function-tested so your display arrives ready to haunt your house in pixels. We handle every order with care so you can have your home glowing before the big night.

🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Before shipment, each SpookGlow™ curtain undergoes a quality and function check to ensure all components — curtain light, remote controller, USB controller hub, and user manual — are included and working.

⏱️ Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–12 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local carrier services, customs processing (for international orders), and seasonal demand. Because Halloween is our peak season, we strongly recommend ordering early to guarantee arrival before October 31 — many customers still receive their orders sooner than the estimated window.

🚫 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked "Delivered" by the carrier, SpookGlow™ is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered by the shipping provider. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact your local carrier directly to file a claim. Our support team will gladly assist with any tracking information we can provide.

Halloween demand spikes sharply in October, and shipping networks slow down during peak season. To make sure your SpookGlow™ curtain arrives in time to haunt your house, order as early as possible. We cannot guarantee arrival before Halloween for orders placed close to the holiday, though we'll always help track down a delayed package.
